If you’re unsure about what you need or would like some guidance, our team is here to help. To ensure we provide the best advice, we may ask for photos of your current setup or the property’s electrical mains. This will allow us to recommend the most compatible products for your needs.

After placing your order, a member of our support team will get in touch to assist you with completing a remote survey form. The information gathered will be documented and shared with our installation team ahead of your scheduled installation to ensure everything runs smoothly. If you’re unable to complete the remote survey, we can arrange for one of our installers to conduct an on-site survey before your installation date.

Our installation teams currently operate across England and Wales, offering a swift turnaround time of just 2–3 weeks for all installations.

All our installations are backed by a 2-year workmanship warranty, giving you peace of mind and dedicated support from the date of installation. This includes comprehensive technical assistance via phone and email, guidance with software or apps, and on-site visits if needed.

After your installation is complete, our support team will provide you with a handover pack. This includes all product warranties as well as the two-year workmanship warranty offered by Lux Installs.
